Our stay at ibis London Barking was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional service from the entire staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. A special shoutout goes to Victoria, who was the star of the team! Her radiant smile and super customer-friendly approach made us feel instantly at home. She was incredibly helpful, and her genuine care stood out, adding a personal touch to our experience. The buffet was another highlight—packed with delicious options that set us up perfectly for the day ahead. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and ideal for a relaxing stay. What made our visit even better was the excellent public transport connectivity. Getting to central London and other key locations was super convenient, making it easy to explore the city without any hassle. Allocated a quiet room on a high floor as a light sleeper to minimise noise disturbance. Very clean and tidy and all the staff I encountered were very polite and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was well furnished for an overnight stay. I actually thought it was good value for money compared to staying in London!

The bedroom and bathroom were spotless. Lovely soft towels. The bed was really comfortable and so were the pillows. Tea and coffee making facilities were a welcome bonus and if you needed any extra they were available at the restaurant. The food was pretty tasty. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

smoothe check in process, amazing staff. i was a little worired the hotel would have a lot of noise being on the A13/A406 one of the two but there was no noise in the rooms. We booked late and had no issues. easy to get to

Lovely room, comfy bed, capsule bathroom but nice and noise cancelling effect very good! Ample parking and it felt secure even as a lone female. Good check-out time. Staff were very helpful and courteous.Although it was a very busy weekend for London in general with a match at Wembley and a Beyonce concert taking place, the hotel itself was calm and quiet.
